Apprenticeship Programme

The IFS Apprenticeships offer a two-year full-time job with a leading financial services company, such as SMBC Aviation Capital, whilst studying to achieve a Higher Certificate in International Financial Services or a Higher Diploma in Financial Services Analytics.

These apprentices attend the National College of Ireland for 1 day per week, and work within a team within our business for the remainder of the week. Each apprentice is assigned a mentor, a business, who will guide and support them during their on the job learning.
