AVP Customer Operations
The Customer Operations team is at the heart of the business and plays an integral role in delivering our customer centric strategy and supporting our customers’ needs. The Team has ambitious plans to provide industry leading customer service primarily through the implementation of innovative technology solutions.
The Customer Operations team sits within the Customer Operations and IT function. The Team has a broad remit; day-to-day activities include ensuring the integrity and completeness of up-to-date aircraft and lease contract data held in SMBC AC systems, timely and accurate Accounts Receivables billing and associated reporting, resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries and Accounts Payable activity.
Analyst Customer Operations

Executive Vice President, Airline Marketing (APAC)
The Airline Marketing (AM) Team forms an integral part of both the delivery of our commercial strategy and the holistic management of our airline customer base. Reporting to the Head of Airline Marketing and located in either Singapore or Hong Kong, the position of Executive Vice President, AM (APAC) is a key role within the marketing leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with vision, energy and ambition to lead, develop and improve our Airline Marketing capabilities in the APAC region.
