Welcoming the 2023 Early Careers Group to SMBC Aviation Capital - marking the 10th year of our Graduate programme

Dublin, September 26th, 2023: SMBC Aviation Capital is pleased to announce that 10 members of the Early Careers Group have joined our Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship programmes. Six of the group joined over the summer with the remaining four joining in September this year .  They have been working and participating in our induction programme in our Dublin office to help familiarise themselves with both the aircraft leasing industry and SMBC Aviation Capital.

This intake to the early careers group reflects SMBC Aviation Capital’s ongoing commitment to the programme and demonstrates the continued strong interest in aircraft leasing as a sector that provides exciting career opportunities.

Aoife Hafner, Head of Portfolio Risk Management and executive sponsor of the early careers group said, “We are excited to welcome on board this early careers group to our company. This is a significant year as we mark ten years since the Graduate programme was first introduced at SMBC Aviation Capital and in that time we have welcomed 55 early careers group members into our business.
