Dublin, September 17th, 2024: SMBC Aviation Capital is pleased to announce that 7 members of the Early Careers Group joined our Graduate Programmes including our two-year Graduate programme, and three-year Trainee Accountancy and Trainee Solicitor programmes. Five of the group joined over the summer with the remaining two joining in September this year.  They will be participating in our induction programme in our Dublin headquarters later this month to help familiarise themselves with both the aircraft leasing industry and SMBC Aviation Capital while also getting up to speed in their individual roles.

This intake to the early careers group reflects SMBC Aviation Capital’s ongoing commitment to the programme and demonstrates the continued strong interest in aircraft leasing as a sector that provides exciting career opportunities.

Aoife Hafner, Head of Portfolio Risk Management and executive sponsor of the Early Careers Group said, “We are excited to welcome the 2024 early careers group to our company. As the group begin to learn about our industry, we will provide them with the skills required to make a real impact on our business. Our Early Careers Group benefit from a wide variety of learning and development opportunities including on-the-job training, mentorship, and skills development designed to enhance their experience and enable meaningful growth in their careers at SMBC Aviation Capital.
