SMBC Aviation Capital launches its fifth annual Graduate Recruitment Campaign
Open evening 17th October
SMBC Aviation Capital, one of the world's leading aircraft leasing companies, has today September 25th 2017 launched its 2018 Graduate Recruitment Programme.Now in its fifth year, the programme is the only one of its type amongst Irish aircraft leasing companies.
SMBC Aviation Capital is seeking to recruit a number of talented graduates to join its programme and develop a career in a rapidly growing industry.As part of its recruitment drive, a graduate open evening will be held in the company's offices on October 17th 2017 which will give graduates the opportunity to learn more about the industry.
The Graduate Programme runs over a two-year period.During this time, graduates gain experience right across aircraft leasing, including aircraft finance, aircraft management and strategic market analysis.Alongside a competitive remuneration package and benefits, the programme includes the potential for overseas travel and strong support including mentoring and a buddy system.Five new graduates have recently joined the company as part of the 2017 intake with a total of nine graduates participating in the programme across the company.

Located in state of the art offices in the heart of the IFSC, SMBC Aviation Capital has 175 professionals with locations in Dublin, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Seattle, Toulouse and Miami.The company is also a sponsor of the MSc in Aviation Finance in Smurfit Business School in UCD, one of the first such courses offered worldwide.
