SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Boeing B787-8 to Avianca

-bringing total number of B787-8 in the SMBC Aviation Capital portfolio to eight-

Everett, Washington USA: SMBC Aviation Capital, announces today that it has added an additional Boeing 787-8 (MSN 39406) to its fleet which has been delivered to Aerovias Del Continente Americano S.A (Avianca) on sale and leaseback.

This is the tenth aircraft from SMBC Aviation Capital on lease to Avianca and the third Boeing B787-8. The transaction was completed at the Boeing facilities in Everett, Washington, USA.

In total, it brings to eight the number of B787-8 aircraft which are currently part of the SMBC Aviation Capital owned fleet.
